What is cellulite?
Cellulite is a series of ripples of fat cells and fibrous connective tissue under the skin.  The most common areas of the body affected by cellulite are the buttocks, hips, thigh, lower stomach.  It is estimated that 90% of women have some degree of cellulite ranging from just noticeable to severe.  Cellulite occurs in women of all body types: normal, slim, or overweight.

This is hard to quantify as each individual will differ in their body mass and the frequency in which they apply the cream.
